A Happiness Report is a way of demonstrating how happy customers are with a company’s support. It was popularized by 37signals which put up a Smiley page to showcase its customer support agents and their C-SAT ratings in real-time. The page displays the last 100 ratings that 37Signals has received from its customers. Since then, many companies have adopted the Happiness Report way of showing the world that they take customer support seriously. Not all of them are real-time dashboards; some companies choose to publish weekly/monthly Happiness Reports.
