Notes are used by helpdesk agents or field technicians to communicate with each other and provide updates on a ticket or service task. They can contain images, as well as attachments to provide further context.
In Freshdesk, notes can be public (visible to customers) or private (visible only to your support team). Notes added to service tasks will be visible only to your helpdesk and field teams.
