The Scheduling Dashboard is useful in managing appointments, balancing workloads, and monitoring activity across field teams and service groups. In Freshdesk, the scheduling dashboard displays 

  • The entire workload of your field teams by day, week or month

  • The list of appointments assigned to each field technician and any clashes in scheduling

  • The length of each appointment assigned to technicians

This makes assigning tasks, booking appointments, and balancing workloads between teams easier and more efficient.
